Archive and unarchive processes in Tracker view

Archive and unarchive processes

Archiving removes a process from your active Tracker view without deleting it. You can unarchive it later to bring it back.

How do I archive a process?

  1. Go to the Tracker view from the sidebar.
  2. Find the process and click the three-dot menu (…) on its card.
  3. Select Archive from the menu. Process cards with Archive menu option highlighted

How do I unarchive a process?

  1. Go to the Tracker view.
  2. Click Add Filter and filter by Status = Archived. Filter and view archived processes view view
  3. Find the archived process you want to restore.
  4. Click Unarchive on the process card or in its (…) menu.

Edit Processes > Delete a process

Tallyfy requires Admin users to first archive a process before the permanent delete option becomes available in the Tracker view — enforcing a deliberate two-step safeguard against accidental and irreversible data loss.

Tracker View > Organize processes

Tallyfy lets you organize active processes through folders and favorites and filters and archiving so you can quickly find and manage running workflows in whatever way suits your team best.

Tracking And Tasks > An overview of processes

In Tallyfy a process is a live running instance of a template that you launch and track daily where each process captures a snapshot of its template at launch time and can be uniquely named or auto-named while allowing extra tasks to be added on the fly and then archived or restored after completion.

Tallyfy’s Tracker view serves as a real-time organizational dashboard for monitoring all running processes through board or table formats with built-in filtering presets and sorting options that let you spot bottlenecks and manage work across your entire organization from a single screen.
