Uploading or changing your profile picture

Your profile picture appears next to tasks you’re assigned to and in system emails. It helps teammates recognize you at a glance.

Here’s how to add or change your photo:

  1. Click Settings (bottom left of the screen).
  2. Go to My Account > Profile.
  3. Click the CHANGE PHOTO button. Profile settings page with Change Photo button highlighted
  4. Pick an image file from your computer. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF - max 2 MB.
  5. Crop the image in the popup that appears, then confirm. Your photo uploads automatically.

Your new photo appears across Tallyfy right away - no need to click SAVE CHANGES separately for the photo.

Personal Settings > Personalization settings

Tallyfy lets you personalize your experience through Settings > My Account where you can adjust display preferences like language and time zone and date formats as well as update profile details such as name and email and photo and password.

Tallyfy’s personal settings let you customize your individual experience — including profile info password email notifications language time zone and date format — without affecting anyone else in your organization.

Personal Settings > Change my email address

Tallyfy lets regular email/password users update their login email through Settings > My Account > My Profile with a password confirmation while SSO and social login users must instead invite their new email as a member and deactivate the old account through a member transition process.
