Non-profit discount
Tallyfy offers a permanent discount for qualifying nonprofit and charitable organizations. Contact Tallyfy for current rates.
Your organization needs official charitable status from a government tax authority - like IRS 501(c)(3) in the US or equivalent international certification.
These categories are ineligible:
- Political advocacy and lobbying organizations
- Religious institutions and congregations
- Educational institutions
- Government agencies
- Public opinion research organizations
- Healthcare facilities and medical insurance providers
- Private foundations
Organizations that practice discrimination or require specific religious affiliations for service access are also ineligible.

- Create a Tallyfy account at tallyfy.com/start/ ↗. Find your Organization ID - you’ll need it.
- Contact Tallyfy support (in-app help or email
support@tallyfy.com). - Provide the following:
- Legal organization name
- Admin contact details - name, email, and phone number
- Official mailing address
- Organization website URL
- Brief mission statement
- Nonprofit status documentation (determination letter, registration certificate, or equivalent)
Tallyfy reviews each application. Once approved, the discount gets applied to your subscription.
- Tallyfy determines discount eligibility.
- The discount applies permanently to annual subscriptions.
- Discounts can’t be applied retroactively.
- Tallyfy reserves the right to approve or deny applications and to modify program criteria at any time.
Personal Settings > Delete your account
Administrators can permanently and irreversibly delete a Tallyfy organization by going to Settings > Billing and submitting an official account closure form with a 30-day data export window and 90-day backup retention period before all data is removed forever.
Tallyfy subscriptions carry no sales tax because the company is based in Missouri where SaaS is not taxable and it has not yet crossed economic nexus thresholds in other states that tax SaaS while international customers also face no VAT or GST charges currently though all affected users will receive advance notice if any of these conditions change.
